We base our team development programmes around exercises which although real – with real rewards for success and real penalties for failure – do not rely on a particular expertise or skill.
We do this so that the underlying team building elements are highlighted without any specific expertise getting in the way.
Our 'Team Challenge Tasks' are specifically designed with the purpose of bringing all team members together to work towards achieving a common goal.
We ensure that the tasks themselves are fun and memorable. By doing this, we believe that the associated learning is also memorable.
Working co –operatively and cohesively, as a team is a theme that runs strongly through all of our outdoor activities. |
