Specialist Education Support
The following are key features that make up our specialist work with young people in need.
We would act as the catalyst and include:
Engaging young people disaffected or struggling with education
Devise supportive programmes of outdoor Education and other activities
Relationship developing strategies
Positive role models and thoughtfully crafted support
Supporting the exciting school place or being part of the provision for exclude pupils
Independence training
We will liaise directly with the referring agency:
Attend team around the child and review meetings
Support the CAF process
